The Balanced Body Movement Principles include information on anatomy, assessment, bio-mechanics and movement foundation exercises.
This workshop integrates how the body works with basic exercises to illustrate movement principles in action. It includes: whole body movement, trunk integration, lower body strength and power, upper body strength and balance, dynamic flexibility, rest and relaxation.
