This course introduces the Universal Reformer, the center piece of the Pilates equipment.
Reformer 1 begins with safe usage of the Pilates Reformer and includes a wide variety of exercises for the beginning and intermediate student. Exercises include orientation in sitting, standing, supine, kneeling and prone.
